   Walkthrough and study Week 1

   A 30-minute walkthrough on your company’s data. Then we define the flows, roles and modules you need together.

2. 2

   Data migration Weeks 2–3

   We enter the equipment, employees, warehouse, chart of accounts and opening balances ourselves. You just give us your Excel files.

3. 3

   Training, trial Week 4

   Management, dispatchers, storekeepers and accountants at their own workplaces. We record one shift together with real data.

4. 4

   Go-live, support From week 5

   Full go-live. Active support for the first 2 months, then ongoing service and updates.
